Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Systems Consultant with expertise in retail operations, inventory management, employee management, and CRM tools to optimize our processes. This role will focus on updating and streamlining operational documents and implementing adaptive design programs compatible with the SQUARE Point of Sale (POS) system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQUARE POS system customization, operational management, and knowledge of design, marketing, and CRM strategies tailored to retail concepts.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Document Updates:
   1. Audit and update process documentation for inventory management, employee timesheet tracking, and operational workflows.
   2. Develop user-friendly, scalable templates for daily operations.
2. System Integration and Optimization:
   1. Assess current processes and recommend design programs that are compatible with SQUARE POS system.
   2. Implement tools and software that enhance inventory and sales tracking, reporting, and marketing integrations.
3. Training and Support:
   1. Provide staff training on updated workflows, SQUARE POS optimizations, and newly implemented systems.
   2. Create reference guides for long-term usability.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   1. Design systems for real-time tracking of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
   2. Set up automated reporting dashboards for management insights.
5. Design and CRM Integration:
   1. Suggest and integrate CRM tools aligned with retail and marketing goals.
   2. Ensure design programs support the aesthetic and branding needs of the business.

Qualifications

1. Expert knowledge of SQUARE POS system, including advanced customization, integrations, and reporting features.
2. Proven experience in retail operations management, including inventory and employee time management.
3. Strong familiarity with CRM systems and their integration into POS platforms.
4. Knowledge of design and marketing tools relevant to retail.
