The Tsideldel First Nation is seeking an Operation and Maintenance Assistant Manager to oversee public works and infrastructure within the community. This role involves maintaining essential services and supervising a team, contributing to the quality of community infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have relevant educational qualifications and experience, particularly in working with First Nations.
Position Summary:
The Operation and Maintenance (O/M) Assistant Manager will be trained by and be the successor to the current O/M Manager. They will assist in managing public works and infrastructure activities within the Tsideldel First Nation (TFN) Community. This includes overseeing initiatives that contribute to providing quality community infrastructure and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring and maintaining public infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical systems for facilities like the School, Band Office, and other public buildings. The role involves working with and supervising the O/M team, as well as planning for future infrastructure needs.
