Operating Room Manager/Assistant Nurse Director plans, organizes, implements, and oversees clinical and program development within the OR to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of BWFH, as well as the regulatory requirements of JCAHO and other applicable agencies. Responsibilities include oversight of professional nursing practice, planning, management, and operation of surgical services to ensure quality patient care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Assistant Director will also ensure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practices.
