Qualifications

• Experience in preparing international and multicultural cuisine.
• Culinary education, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes representing international cuisines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of global culinary traditions, ingredients, flavours, and techniques.
• Prepare food according to recipes, menus, portion standards, and presentation specs.
• Assist with development of international and multicultural menu items, specials, seasonal offerings.
• Ensure dishes are consistent in quality, flavour, texture, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and kitchen at all times.
• Support training and development of junior culinary team members when required.
• Respond professionally to guest dietary requirements and special requests.
