Job Overview

Project controls support, including project planning, setup, monitoring, controlling, and closeout, as directed. Duties include:

  • Facilitating and establishing project baseline plans.
  • Supporting project progression through phased gates.
  • Maintaining project baselines via change control processes.
  • Administering, monitoring, and updating project progress and status.
  • Managing project activities in P6, including vendor activities.
  • Overseeing vendor scheduling practices.
  • Maintaining cost information in EcoSys.
  • Facilitating accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Configuring and maintaining control accounts in client systems.
  • Preparing reports using Excel, Microsoft BI, and other tools.
  • Managing stakeholders to uphold project controls principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Applying Earned Value Management principles in project tracking and reporting.
  • Supporting contract establishment, changes, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in EcoSys, P6, and Microsoft Office Suite essential; minimum of 5 years relevant experience. PMP, EVM, and PMI-SP certifications are advantageous.
