The Stage Experience Lead - Full Time will oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, which may include Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare, or a combination of these areas. An Assistant Manager Client Experience is responsible for ensuring that all team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed store objectives.

  • Client Experience: Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora's selling model. Support timely responses to all client feedback per department. Partner with direct managers to address client-related issues via feedback tools or client service hotlines.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support training in all Client Interactive Technologies for all staff.
  • Event Management: Assist in-store events to ensure they help meet the store's goals and client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Monitor and coach team members on performance. Provide timely feedback and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
