Your role at Sephora :

As Team Lead Operations, you will support all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store. This includes managing the operations team, overseeing staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, supply management, and ensuring the execution of store processes aligns with company standards. You will also act as the Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and team members to promote a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.

  • Lead store operations to ensure all processes are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and returns, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and maintain store standards, including managing cleaning crews.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples within budget.
  • Participate in performance management of the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
  • Engage with clients and team members regularly to promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and monitor budget strategies, understanding sales performance, staffing, payroll, and expenses.
