Job summary

Tag is seeking an experienced Producer to lead the planning and execution of our client’s unscripted content across Ontario. The role focuses on authentic, in-the-moment storytelling that celebrates winners and communities, guiding pre-production, scheduling, budgets, and logistics with a collaborative team.

You will partner with client leads, agency partners, editors and production crews to deliver timely content while maintaining brand integrity and high quality across multiple productions

Qualifications

• University/college degree or combination of work experience and education.
• 3-5+ years of professional management experience in documentary/production, with budgeting experience.
• Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders to scope estimates and manage budgets.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Robust network of Ontario production vendors and freelance crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-production planning, shot-lists, storyboards, location & travel plans with the team.
• Oversee production logistics across 5+ shoot days per month with a small crew.
• Explain production workflows to educate clients and identify decision points.
• Manage calendars and scheduling of multiple shoots concurrently.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risk for stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate past jobs to implement improvements within the company framework.
