Job summary

Ontario Barrier Wall Equipment Inc. (OBW), a division of Ramudden Global (North America), coordinates temporary construction barriers, urban safety barriers, and guide rail projects throughout Ontario.

This role oversees planning, scheduling, procurement, and safety compliance while leading unionized crews and heavy equipment resources. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MTO, heavy civil, or roadbuilding sectors, with strong cost control and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Traffic Engineering.
• P.Eng. or CET designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities for temporary construction barriers, urban traffic safety barriers, and guide rail projects.
• Lead and coordinate unionized crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment resources.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, cost estimates, and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project performance and maintain cost control through effective management of labour, materials, productivity, and project milestones.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure materials are ordered accurately and delivered on schedule.
