BluMetric Environmental Inc. is searching for a Market Leader to drive profits and expand our Commercial and Industrial footprint in Ontario. You will shape growth strategy, build a durable client base, and guide service expansion with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to convert opportunities into contracted work while travel across Ontario and Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or related field.
• Proven success developing and executing market strategies.
• Established Ontario client relationships preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Ontario and possibly Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Ontario Commercial and Industrial market strategy aligned with BluMetric’s objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong, diversified sales pipeline and client relationships.
• Lead strategic account plans for priority Ontario clients and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives across service lines.
• Coordinate resources for pursuits, influence senior leadership, and drive profitable outcomes.
