Circular Materials seeks a Senior Specialist, CCS to support Ontario's Common Collection System, focusing on Toronto and Peel, ensuring regulatory compliance, contract alignment, and service improvements. This role works remotely from Ontario and liaises with the CCS Operator and municipal partners.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in regulated waste/recycling contexts, strong project management, and proficiency with MS Office 365, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Jira; travel to Ontario

Competenze

• 4+ years in a regulated environment related to recycling collection systems.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
• Experience or knowledge of First Nations consulting and contracting practices would be an asset.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with CCS Operator, City of Toronto, Peel Region, and service providers to ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are met.
• Act as a conduit for day-to-day operations, change orders, and issues across Work forms.
• Identify opportunities for improved recovery, cost containment, and service delivery for residents, including documentation and sharing findings.
• Develop subject matter expertise on Ontario Regulation 391/21.
• Prepare accurate, timely, data-driven field activity reports.
• Support CM Post Collection and Material Quality and Innovation teams as needed.
• Assist CCS team with project management tasks to meet deliverables.
