Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is hiring AZ/DZ Equipment Operators for full-time and seasonal roles across Ontario (Pembroke, Kanata, Carlsbad Spring). You will operate snowplows and sanding equipment, support road maintenance, and participate in emergency rotation.

Ideal candidates hold AZ or DZ license, safety-focused, team players; experience with heavy equipment is a plus. We offer competitive wages, overtime, on-site training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ or DZ license (new drivers are welcome).
• Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset.
• Safety-focused and able to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows and sanding equipment during winter operations.
• Perform road maintenance including highways, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Participate in emergency response rotations as required.
• Support summer maintenance activities when applicable.
