Brandt Corporate Services Ltd is actively seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Quebec locations. The role emphasizes direct sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement, and building robust talent pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies. This onsite, full-time position requires regular travel between Brandt locations and participation in internal and external recruitment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates.
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for difficult roles.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across locations and seniority levels.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to tailor recruitment solutions.
• Experience negotiating offers and discussing compensation with candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle talent acquisition across an assigned portfolio, locations, and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates, including passive candidates, using various channels.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Travel between Brandt locations to meet hiring managers and represent recruitment events.
• Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and ATS documentation.
