We're an industry leader rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for a professional Onsite Service Technician to delight our customers.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Offer outstanding service to our clients. Manage call resolve issues in accordance with customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA) to manage customer relations and optimize satisfaction.
  • Use electromechanical skills to repair devices. Xerox provides training by certified instructors, online, and in-house to help you learn our industry quickly.
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact and managing all maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site clients regarding equipment status and engage Xerox support as needed.
  • Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Electromechanical experience including troubleshooting electrical circuits with a multimeter and reading electrical schematics. Past roles could include HVAC / Cable Internet technician, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, or Military / Veteran experience.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability. Punctuality and dependability are highly valued.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted.
  • This position requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving over 50% of the workday. Safety around electrical components is paramount.
