Job summary

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC in Nisku, AB, is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR). The role provides first aid and health guidance to Associates, coaching on safe work habits and participating in safety programs on the warehouse floor.

You will manage medical records, coordinate with outside providers, and support CPR/AED training and drug testing protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Alberta OHS Code Advanced First Aider certification (RN only) must be obtained within 3 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid to Amazon Associates and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness campaigns and education.
• Maintain accurate daily records and end-of-shift reports.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work for injuries.
• Coach Associates on safe work habits on the operations floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, AED certification training.
• Keep credentials current for first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols as required.
• Support emergency response on site and participate in safety meetings.
