Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to deliver first aid, guide injury care, and support safety operations at the Ontario Scarborough site. You will work with site managers to provide immediate care, referrals, and daily safety coaching.

Responsibilities include maintaining care records, coordinating workers’ compensation, and conducting first-aid/CPR/AED training as needed. Flexible shifts, including nights/weekends, are possible.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• CPR course.
• Valid card evidencing successful completion of a first aid, CPR, and AED course from a recognized authority.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ontario requirements: valid first aid with CPR/AED, and applicable health regulator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers when needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the operations floor to coach on safety practices.
