Qualifications

• 2 years of technician experience in a service/equipment environment.
• Diploma in Electronics, Electricity or Mechanical technology.
• Interest in learning about new industry equipment and materials.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in-house.
• Assemble components used in the dental industry and repair electrical equipment per manuals.
• Troubleshoot, align, and repair equipment following schematics.
• Maintain customer files, fulfill parts on repair orders, and manage inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other service technicians.
