Job summary

NFI Group Inc. is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across a manufacturing environment. You will work with site leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen safe work practices, address hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role focuses on training, emergency preparedness, return-to-work activities, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities across ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and multi-site alignment in Canada and the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive EHS leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• CRSP designation or eligibility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve emergency response, hazard control, and health & safety programs across sites.
• Oversee investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for incidents.
• Provide EHS guidance for facility and production activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, deliver, and track EHS training and inspections; monitor environmental and waste management compliance.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems; assist with audits and ICFR controls related to EHS.
