• Complies with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all packing and handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support Customers and Team Operations Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
