Role Overview

As an Online Membership Consultant, you are the first point of contact for all web leads interested in MOVATI, creating an unparalleled member experience by building immediate connections, understanding fitness goals, and documenting findings in our CRM. Your goal is to educate prospects about MOVATI’s amenities and services, schedule personalized club visits, and encourage membership sign-up.

You will work both independently and as part of a team. If you thrive in unstructured environments and enjoy being part of a newly created team, this role could be a great fit!

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must be located in the Windsor area. This is a 12-month contract position.

Qualifications:

We seek customer service-oriented professionals with experience in sales, marketing, or administration. You should be goal-oriented, tenacious, and an effective communicator. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends is required. Relevant experience includes roles such as Customer Service Representative, Member Services Representative, or Sales Associate.
