Kleos is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to fill a temporary full-time teaching position to cover a maternity leave. The position is anticipated to run from August 25, 2025 to February 6, 2026, but the end date is subject to change based on the needs of the school and the return of the incumbent. There is a possibility of early return or extension.

• Position: Temporary Full-Time Teaching Position (Maternity Leave Coverage)
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• Anticipated End Date: February 6, 2026 (subject to change)
• Salary: $61,321.55 - $64,549.00
• Salary based on full-Time Equivalency (FTE) is calculated based on the number of students in a teacher's case load.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging lessons that meet learners where they are at
• Host student-centred IEP meetings
• Develop IEPs in collaboration with Resource Teachers
• Deliver content using D2L Brightspace (LMS)
• Offer regular / weekly synchronous learning opportunities using Zoom
• Provide timely, dynamic, and responsive assessment feedback
