• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Packs totes efficiently to maximise space while maintaining safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assists when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following safety procedures and checks.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
