• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy: Chooses fresh, high-quality products and labels orders correctly.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing: Packs totes efficiently to optimize space while ensuring safety and product quality.
• Support Customers and Team Operations: Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and helps resolve issues.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Keeps a clean, safe work area and adheres to hygiene procedures.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
