Job summary

Responsibilities

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items; completes required documentation and labels.
• Packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining safety and quality.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and helps resolve issues.
• Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards; maintains a clean and safe work area.
