The role requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, strong online teaching experience, and familiarity with AU tools such as Brightspace and SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computing and Information Systems or related field.
- Extensive online learning experience and familiarity with AU digital teaching and admin tech.
- Strong organizational and supervisory abilities for coordinating Academic Experts.
Responsibilities
- Handle student issues (grade appeals, course challenges, exam reviews, exam delivery).
- Manage assessments, course revisions, and marking.
- Supervise Academic Experts and coordinate service to the School and Faculty.
