• 5+ years of experience leading structured projects or software implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with resourcefulness and curiosity.
• Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, delegate, and monitor tasks.
• Valid passport, driver’s license, and insurance.

• Develop and maintain expertise in tools and methodologies.
• Continuously learn and apply functional accounting terms to communicate effectively.
• Seek out learning opportunities to improve skills and capabilities.

Job description

We are seeking a OneStream Functional Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of business solutions on the OneStream XF platform for specific client implementation projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate specifications for various application elements (metadata, mappings, rules, reporting, etc.) in conjunction with the Project Architect to the Technical Delivery team, with design support from senior resources as required.
• Design and complete tests, coordinate testing with Technical Team resources and clients.
• Build or enhance application elements based on aptitude and experience.
• Support team members during application/system design, development, and build phases.
• Draft initial application/system design and documentation with the Project Architect for review by senior resources, covering requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate project meetings at various levels.
• Lead and participate in Business Analysis and Process improvements.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Ascend’s and OneStream’s tools, methodologies, and services.
• Continuously learn and apply functional accounting terms, rules, and processes to communicate effectively with clients.
• Seek out learning opportunities to improve skills and capabilities.

Must Have Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in OneStream project implementation.
• 5+ years of experience working in finance organizations with a focus on accounting and systems.
