Job summary

Mattamy Asset Management (MAM) in Toronto is seeking an IT OneStream Analyst to administer and enhance the OneStream financial planning platform. You will configure components, build dashboards, support upgrades and training, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Based at our Toronto corporate office, you’ll collaborate with finance leadership and IT SMEs. You’ll gather requirements, execute upgrades, create end-user documentation, and resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/ AIS/ CS.
• Experience in supporting financial consolidation or planning systems (OneStream preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish credibility and relationships across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with Finance, Accounting, and IT SMEs.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with test planning/validation.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and training materials.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve OneStream incidents; coordinate with vendors.
• Manage OneStream data management and related data conversions and seeding.
