Hope's Home in Saskatoon is seeking a compassionate One-on-One Support Worker to provide dedicated daily care to a child with complex medical and behavioral needs. You will help the child participate in activities, implement therapies and routines, and collaborate with the care team to support developmental goals.
This role requires evening and weekend shifts in a supportive living setting and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the child’s growth and well-being.

The One-on-One Support Worker works "one on one" with a Hope's Home child with complex medical and behavioral needs and is fundamental in helping the child learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Through their daily interaction with the child, they build and maintain a warm, caring, trusting and responsive relationship. They work closely with the Hope's Home team and outside professionals and help create and implement the child's individualized program plan that supports the child's developmental goals and objectives. This position reports to the Manager, Supportive Living and does not have any direct reports.

The One-on-One Support Worker is responsible for the day-to-day personal care for the child. This includes, but is not limited to, getting them involved in recreational activities; executing their therapies, care plans, and routines; and coordinating with the care team to accomplish the child's development goals.
