Oncology Sales Consultant – Quebec North and Sherbrooke
Lilly is searching for an experienced Senior Oncology Sales Consultant to grow its Oncology portfolio. This individual is a motivated self-starter, who possesses strong relationships with key Oncology centres and thought leaders across Canada, and especially in Quebec and Atlantic provinces.
The sales consultant is responsible for delivering superior customer experiences by identifying critical needs and delivering solutions at the account/centre and national level. This includes shaping the environment to support access to, and use of, Lilly Oncology therapies.
As the successful candidate, you hold deep knowledge of the health care system, national and regional cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options. You will identify and develop relationships in targeted centers with customers such as medical oncologists, pathologists, drug access navigators, nurse educators, and pharmacists. You will interpret data and develop and implement a detailed plan for the prioritized portfolio. You will identify specific challenges and deliver solutions that meet account/centre needs and business objectives. You will serve as a triage for cross-functional Lilly team including the LillyPlus Patient Support Program (PSP), Medical, Patient Access, and Marketing.

Lilly est à la recherche d’un conseiller principal aux ventes expérimenté dans le domaine de l’oncologie pour faire croître sa gamme de produits en oncologie. Cette personne est motivée et entreprenante et entretient de solides relations avec des centres d’oncologie clés et des leaders d’opinion partout au Canada, en particulier au Québec et dans les provinces de l’Atlantique.
Le conseiller aux ventes est responsable d’offrir une expérience client supérieure en cernant les besoins essentiels et en fournissant des solutions au centre ou au compte et à l’échelle nationale. Cela comprend la préparation de l’environnement en vue d’optimiser l’accès et le recours aux traitements de Lilly Oncologie.
En tant que candidat retenu, vous avez une connaissance approfondie du système de soins de santé, des initiatives nationales et régionales de soins aux personnes atteintes de cancer, de l’accès aux médicaments et des options thérapeutiques. Vous définirez et établirez des relations dans des centres ciblés avec des clients tels que des oncologues médicaux, des pathologistes, des experts en accès aux médicaments, des infirmières enseignantes et des pharmaciens. Vous interpréterez des données et élaborerez et mettrez en œuvre un plan détaillé pour les produits prioritaires. Vous déterminerez les défis particuliers et offrirez des solutions répondant aux objectifs du centre ou du compte et de l’entreprise. Vous servirez de point de contact pour les équipes interfonctionnelles de Lilly, notamment pour le Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP) LillyPlusMC, les affaires médicales, l’accès aux patients et le marketing.
