Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in Ontario to engage Thought Leaders and advance evidence-based medicine across oncology, rare diseases, and neurology. You will present data, educate healthcare professionals, and support investigator-initiated studies under the Field Medical team.

You will build strategic relationships with academic centers, contribute to publications, and collaborate with global medical affairs to align scientific messaging and education initiatives while traveling

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited university (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) required.
Area of specialization related to therapeutic area preferred.
Post-bachelor’s degree (e.g. MBA) valuable, not required.
Minimum 1+ year in an MSL function.
Clinical oncology experience (hematology preferred).
Demonstrated experience in building relationships with thought leaders, pharmacists, nurses and patient groups.

Responsibilities

Thought Leader Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future Thought Leaders.
Medical Education: Disseminate scientific information and deliver presentations to healthcare audiences.
Clinical Development: Study site identification, recruitment facilitation, and support for Investigator Initiated Studies.
Customer Relationship Management: Present evidence-based data and liaise between academic centers and Sanofi.
