As an Oncology Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and encouraging a high-performance culture, while covering Western Canada - British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. You will be responsible for managing your territory, ensuring professional account planning, and implementing targeted segmentation strategies.

Oncology Account Specialist - Western Canada - FTC

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and leading high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals, maintaining up-to-date scientific knowledge about the product, indications, and brand messaging.
  • Consistently delivering the brand's value proposition through effective communication of key messages to HCPs.
  • Aligning with the Brand Plan to develop and execute a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.
  • Collaborating with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and activities supporting HCP needs.
  • Leveraging all communication channels, including digital platforms, to maximize market share and engagement.
  • Proactively reporting results and developments to the Oncology leadership team.

To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Oncology, preferably in Lung & Skin indications. Willingness to travel regularly and a valid driver’s license are required. Fluency in English is essential.
