Fiction Profits Academy is the fifth largest coaching program in America. We teach people how to build a publishing business by creating and selling eBooks, specifically fiction novels. Our clients are ambitious, eager to succeed, and have already made an investment to get started. Your job? To help them hit the ground running and feel confident about what’s next.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming new clients and guiding them through the onboarding process.

• Hosting onboarding calls on video—being friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic.

• Answering questions, troubleshooting any minor issues, and setting clear expectations.

• Providing a seamless, positive first experience to set them up for success in the program.

• Communicating with the team to ensure clients are supported at every step.

• Scheduling clients for interviews to determine if they’re a fit for our high-ticket coaching program.

Must Haves:

• High energy and a smile on your face

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable being on video.

• Teachable—if you think you know it all, this isn’t for you.
