We are looking for an Onboarding Engineer to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Engineer who will be responsible for working directly with customers by providing expertise in the Sectigo product portfolio. In this role, you will assist customers from the proof-of-concept to production stages, where you will understand their technical needs and translate how our platform offerings could be a fit.
You will be juggling multiple customers at one time and will serve as the liaison between various stakeholders within and external to Sectigo. Excelling in this role will mean providing customers with a seamless experience in terms of implementation and onboarding while navigating the resolution of technical issues as they arise.

This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our Ottawa office. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Manager of Onboarding Engineers.
The compensation for this role will consist of a base salary plus commission, with the OTE between CAD 80,000 and CAD 95,000, based on years of experience and internal equity.
