Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an Onboarding Analyst – CONS, Level 1, for one of our key clients. This role will focus on Training, Change Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Candidates MUST have the following:

  • Security clearance at the Reliability level; and
  • 3-5 years experience performing onboarding activities as follows.

The Onboarding Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that all users (internal and external) are properly prepared for the changes introduced in each phase of the project. Their main responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding efforts;
  • Training Material Development – Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials tailored for employees, employers, and claimants as each phase rolls out;
  • Training Sessions & Workshops – Conduct virtual and in-person sessions to onboard users to new processes and systems;
  • Change Management Support – Work closely with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption for each phase; and
  • User Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Gather feedback from early adopters to refine training programs and onboarding experiences.
