Qualifications

  • Proven experience as First Cook, preferably in a floating food service platform or cruise ship environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the buffet and Grap n’ Go preparation and service as per the menu.
  • Prepare a work checklist and organize the workstation for each shift.
  • Perform basic cleaning duties, ensuring proper sanitization of workstations.
