A leading crew management company in Squamish, BC, is looking for a First Cook to be part of the galley team on the MV Isabelle X. The role involves managing food preparation and maintaining high hygiene standards. Candidates should have proven cooking experience in a similar environment and a culinary diploma is preferred. This position offers flexibility in hours and the chance to create lasting impressions for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as First Cook, preferably in a floating food service platform or cruise ship environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Organize and manage the buffet and Grap n’ Go preparation and service as per the menu.
• Prepare a work checklist and organize the workstation for each shift.
• Perform basic cleaning duties, ensuring proper sanitization of workstations.
