SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a On the Job Maintenance Trainer.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance, the OJT Maintenance Trainer will prioritize in‑field and on‑the‑job training for the department while collaborating closely with team members to support training programs and maintain accurate documentation. This role works directly with the Maintenance team and is responsible for delivering mechanical support and expertise across all operations. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of the maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as the initiative to perform effectively in a challenging environment with minimal supervision. Using both technical and practical expertise, the OJT Maintenance Trainer will follow instructions, apply information from shop and assembly manuals, and adhere to all health and safety standards established by SSR Mining.
