Job summary

Fitness World Canada in Victoria, BC seeks an experienced administrator to develop and manage programs and services within our sport organization. This on-site role coordinates national and provincial initiatives and provides technical guidance to staff and coaches.

The candidate will recruit coaches and athletes, supervise a team, oversee daily operations, and monitor budgets. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential, as are CPR and First Aid credentials.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience
• On-site position - no remote option
• Willing to relocate; relocation costs not covered by employer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs and services
• Provide technical and professional advice
• Recruit professional coaches and athletes
• Organize and administer national and provincial programs (training, coaching or officiating)
• Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
