Job summary

A healthcare service provider is seeking a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant for occupational health clinics in Ontario. This role involves providing emergency and occupational health services, reviewing medical examinations, and assisting with case management. Candidates must hold ACLS and BLS certifications, with prior experience in occupational medicine preferred. Exceptional benefits include an hourly rate of up to $884 per shift, fully covered travel, and a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days. Shifts are two weeks on and two weeks off.

Qualifications

• Current Canadian Certified Physician Assistant in good standing.
• Prior experience in occupational medicine or advanced care in a remote setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site emergency/primary and occupational health services.
• Assist with occupational injury/illness case management.
• Review pre-employment medical examinations.
• Provide occupational health surveillance services.
• Conduct drug and alcohol testing services.
