The Queens Bar and Grill is seeking kitchen staff for on-site work in Canada. The position offers permanent full-time terms with a salary of 19.25 CAD per hour for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include portion sizing, menu planning, requisitioning supplies, cooking meals, and accommodating dietary restrictions. A secondary school diploma and 1–2 years of experience are required.

Qualificações

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• On-site work with no remote option.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the size of food portions and costs.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
