Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking an IT Support Technician to support a new factory startup, providing hands-on PC/server hardware and software support for end users. You will work with IT leadership, facilities, and manufacturing teams during startup and ramp, ensuring systems are configured, documented, and operating reliably.

The role requires a High School diploma (A+ preferred) and 2–5 years of experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• A+ certification desired and knowledge of Microsoft applications/utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC/server/hardware/software end-user support on-site.
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and assist with onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents; maintain knowledge base and tickets.
• Support startup ramp, deployments of IT equipment, workstations, printers, scanners, and shared devices.
• Maintain inventory and assist with training users.
