Job summary

Source Energy Services seeks an HSE Specialist to join our Grande Prairie team. This on-site, Monday–Friday role focuses on safeguarding workers and driving safety improvements across operations.

Ideal candidates hold an OHS Certification/Diploma with 3–5 years in an HSE role, possess strong regulatory knowledge, and can influence safety culture. A valid Class 5 license and safety tickets are required; reside in or near Grande Prairie or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• OHS Certification or Diploma required.
• 3–5 years in a full-time HSE role.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections.
• Coach and mentor staff on risk assessment and controls.
• Develop and update Safe Operating Procedures and training.
• Administer contractor safety management and incident investigations.
