Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in health and safety compliance.
• Promote and monitor Pomerleau’s H&S standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety practices.
• Help investigate incidents and share findings.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members on H&S best practices.
• Collect and analyze safety data for proactive improvements.
• Assist in monitoring safety systems for effectiveness.
