Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related background.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Master monthly closures, balance sheet reconciliations, inventories, and accounting entries.
• Advanced Excel and solid ERP understanding.
• Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including recurring and month-end entries.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements in close support of controllers.
• Balance inventories, document discrepancies, and explain causes and impacts.
• Produce margin analyses, budgets, forecasts, and variances to support decision-making.
• Track project costs and consumption statistics, then derive actionable insights.
• Analyze supplier and customer payment terms to inform performance tracking.
• Participate in process optimization and special projects.
