RBR in Ottawa, Canada is seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a full-time day shift on-site. You will report to the Production Manager and build high-quality electromechanical assemblies while following BOMs, schematics and process documents.

Collaboration with a small, skilled team is essential in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing, strong soldering skills, IPC-A-610/J-Standard is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Mechanical and electronics assembly experience
• Strong soldering with fine components
• Familiar with assembly tools and measurement devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
