Job summary

Merit Ontario is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and on budget. This hands-on leadership role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include supervising field crews, planning electrical projects, ensuring ESA compliance, managing labour and materials, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of on-site electrical experience.
• Licensed as 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician.
• Fire Alarm Certification and First Aid Certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
