Job summary

Homewood Health, based in Windsor, Ontario, seeks an experienced crisis management specialist to provide on-site workplace trauma response and organizational crisis management on a contract basis. The role is based in Windsor and requires flexibility to respond after hours and weekends.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with at least two years of crisis management experience and formal trauma training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of workplace crisis management experience.
• Formal training in trauma response or psychological first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests to deliver on-site CMS services in a timely, clinically appropriate manner.
• Deliver on-site crisis management interventions, debriefings, and client consultation.
• Communicate closely with CMS Managers during service provision.
• Document services in accordance with Homewood Health requirements.
