Foxboro Green is an exclusive caring and active adult lifestyle freehold condo community of 215 single detached homes in a countryside setting just 10 minutes west of Waterloo. The community is nestled beside the picturesque Foxwood Golf Course.We feature a recreation centre with an indoor pool, five ponds, two resident swans and over three kilometers of walking trails.

Due to a recent retirement, we require a property manager to run our daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide complete customer service to the residents.
  • Organize, attend and take minutes for monthly meetings for the Board and various designated Operating Committees. Organize the AGM. Carry out required follow ups, projects and communication flowing from the monthly meetings.
  • Advise the Board re applicable statutes, bylaws and rules.
  • Complete monthly manager reports.
  • Assist with the management of the operations of the Rec Centre
  • Meet with and orient new residents.
  • Assist with the accounting, budgeting, banking and insurance needs of the condo corporation.
  • Maintain appropriate records of all condo corporation related activities.
  • Provide Status Certificates as requested.
  • Manage some projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors.

Work Schedule:

  • 20 – 24 hours per week

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of property management experience preferably in a condo environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills. Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
  • Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning. Ability to identify problems and create solutions.
  • Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
  • Experience using Quick Books or similar financial software.
