Job Summary : Flowserve is seeking a technically and commercially experienced Applications Engineer to develop solutions for customers and partners in industrial and special applications. The role involves acting as a product specialist within a team, collaborating closely with sales, development, and other departments at the site.

Work schedule : Fly-in Fly-out (4 days on - 3 days off)

Location : Fort McMurray, AB. Candidates from Edmonton, Calgary, and Fort McMurray will be considered.

Responsibilities :

• Support designated clientele in the office
• Evaluate requests and generate solution proposals
• Perform cost calculations in collaboration with relevant departments, if necessary
• Prepare technical and commercial offers
• Handle order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• BSc or BEng Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering with EIT designation, and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role such as inside Sales Representative or Engineer
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills / Experience :

• SAP knowledge
• Background in O&G industries or rotating equipment
