Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring an On-Premise Area Success Manager based in Toronto to be the face of Happy Dad across bars, restaurants, event venues, nightclubs, and seasonal patios. This role is all about building relationships, growing the brand, and executing with excellence in one of Canada’s most vibrant beverage markets. You’ll work directly with decision-makers to secure menu placements, fridge visibility, and exclusive partnerships, all while helping drive sales and brand awareness where it matters most, in high-energy, high-traffic accounts. You’ll also play a key role in executing experiential activations, supporting sporting event nights, seasonal promotions, and custom brand takeovers. Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow on-premise accounts in downtown Toronto and nearby areas.
  • Drive sales and distribution through menu features, back bar placements, and activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, owners, and staff.
  • Monitor performance and share weekly updates on wins, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Track trends and competitor activity; act quickly on opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
  • Log all activities in CRM and report on KPIs.
  • Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.
  • Support inventory and order management for accounts.
  • Create strategic customer plans for growth.
  • Help train and mentor new Sales Representatives.
  • Identify and target key on-premise accounts.
  • Collaborate on promotions and events.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
