Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general labor experience
• Ability to complete daily documents
• Strong understanding of regional OH&S requirements and safe operation of mobile equipment
• Willingness to work in challenging weather and site conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the transfer station
• Open/close gates during Hours of Operation and secure premises after hours
• Manage tickets, cash, emails, and online training
• Inspect perimeter fences for security issues and unauthorized entry
• Direct traffic and supervise waste placement in containers and the compactor system
• Remove non-compliant or prohibited materials
• Maintain cleanliness and perform winter maintenance as needed
